Accessible Meeting Options

We understand that finding the time, space, and resources to engage in therapy can sometimes be challenging. Our goal is to make therapy as accessible and comfortable as possible for you.


In-Home Therapy

For those who prefer or need it, we offer in-home counselling. Your counsellor will come to your location, providing support in the comfort and familiarity of your own space. After the session, you are left in your own environment, giving you the time and space to decompress, reflect, or continue with your day at your own pace.


Online Therapy

If distance, local resources, or personal readiness makes in-person sessions difficult, we also offer secure online therapyvia video. Our platform is fully PHI and College compliant, with encrypted data stored on servers in Canada, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.


Flexible and Continuous Support

You have the choice to switch between in-home and online sessions as needed, so your healing and growth can continue uninterrupted. From the comfort of your home, you can engage with your therapist in a way that feels safe, supported, and empowering.
