When counselling involves a minor, we strive to collaborate with both parents or guardians, when possible and appropriate, while respecting family dynamics and the child’s needs. Please feel free to discuss your particular circumstances with us.

We aim to make access to care as smooth as possible:

• Direct billing is available through many insurance companies.
• We can also direct bill Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB).

Coaching can be a supportive option for those separating or divorcing and needing guidance around co-parenting.

Our approach is collaborative and empowering, helping you create parenting plans that reflect your values and priorities while keeping you in control of the decisions that affect your children.

Sessions can be arranged as one-on-one or two-person coaching, depending on what best meets your needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and structured space where you can explore options, set goals, and move forward with confidence.

Cost: Varies depending on the complexity of the situation

We provide parent capacity, guardianship, parenting plan assessments (formerly custody and access), as well as Voice of the Child reports.
